We are able to provide; ongoing software upgrades and expansion or detraction, this means we can support your business for the life of the equipment and software.

Service Levels

Tele-Response  are one of only a handful of companies still able to support legacy systems -  iSDX, RDX., SX2000 , HiCOM and HiPATH4000.

We offer 4 levels of maintenance cover:

  • Next day cover Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm: 8 hour response*
  • Standard cover Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm 4 hour response*
  • Standard Cover plus Monday-Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm 4 hour response*
  • Emergency Cover 24/7/365: 4 hour response critical

*excludes bank & public holidays

Engineers, Support and Installation

We believe in a personalised service and will assign one of our highly skilled engineers to your business. Our remit is to get to know you, your business, your system and how you want to use it.  Also we can advise on any beneficial upgrades or cost effective replacement solutions for any legacy equipment- EG : Hosted  Solution and /or the addtion of SIP Trunks.

  • Price fixed for the term of the contract.
